Founder & President
Rob Shepherd has over 13 years of management, ownership, sales and marketing, as well as transaction experience exceeding $200 million. He has owned and sold three businesses, and has an extensive record in the areas of acquisitions, finance, consulting and strategic planning. Rob is active in the business brokerage industry as a member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers, The International Business Brokerage Association, and M&A Source, and represents buyers and sellers in a wide variety of transactions.
Rob is a dedicated professional who utilizes market knowledge, creativity, research, and refined negotiating skills. His several years of accounting and financial analysis experience allow him to obtain advantageous structures for his clients. Personal attention to detail, and a commitment to service help Rob build long-term relationships in an increasingly competitive environment.
Rob serves on the Advisory Council for the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center and lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two children.
Rob received his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and his MBA from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
